  • Does the delivery comes with tracking?
    Yes, all of our shipping options come with tracking as I would hate for my hard work to go missing. In the event that your parcel goes missing, please reach out so that I escalate this to the courier!
  • I need the item urgently. How can I get it?
    We would suggest you to opt for the Express shipping. I will be mailing it from Brisbane, Australia. The delivery time depends on your location. If you're local, you can opt for free local pick-up from the home studio here in Brisbane!
  • The parcel that I received is damaged. What should I do?
    We try our best to pack our items so that they survive rough deliveries but unforeseen circumstances do happen. If you have received a damaged parcel, please reach out to us within 1 business day. Submit to us a photo of the packaging, the parcel label (clearly showing the reference number) and the damaged item all in a single photo to claim for your replacement! Alternatively, we can also refund you the cost of item, less the shipping fee when the photo is provided.
  • I have not received my parcel. What should I do?
    For every order, a tracking link will be provided once we have fulfilled them. Please check your emails and track the parcel via the link provided. If you did not receive any tracking link, feel free to reach out to us! If your parcel goes missing, we will gladly replace another one after rectifying the situation. No cancellation is allowed. Do also ensure that your purchase does not fall under the backorder category. Backorders are made to order which includes waiting time for us to do our magic! Additional waiting time of 2 weeks will be automatically added during festive periods. Please also ensure that the address you have provided is correct as we are not responsible for missing orders that are delivered to the wrong address. Additional shipping charges will apply for orders that needs to re-deliver.
  • Item is not what i expected. Can I return it?
    Yes, you can return the item unless it has not be used or worn. Please ensure that the item is returned in a re-saleable condition within 1 week from the delivery date. Full purchased price of the item will be refunded to you, less the shipping.
